credit concerns. Analyze credit of clients and client prospects by referencing
publicly available sources.

Create maps /
support retail broker transactions with geographic data (maps and reports). Work
with the team to integrate researched local data with purchased datasets to
create deliverables for transaction support (e.g. review site locations). Assist
brokers and sales with summarizing and clarifying trends through geography (maps
and reports). Demographic and psychographic trade area analysis using radii,
drive times, competition, and growth data.
